FITNESS Coach
Hello! My name is Kateryna Kuzmenko
and I’d like to share my story with you — the journey that led me to become the professional trainer I am today, with over 20 years of experience.

My passion for physical activity began in childhood. From the age of 5 to 15, I danced in the "Vizynova" ensemble, which focused on artistic gymnastics.
This early experience gave me a strong foundation in movement, endurance, and discipline.
At 16, I started teaching fitness classes at the "Spartak" stadium in Kyiv, and since then, I’ve dedicated my career to helping women reach their goals and become the best versions of themselves.

What drives me is the immense satisfaction I get from my work and the success of my clients. Every achievement of theirs inspires me to keep growing and refining my skills.

In 2002 and 2004, I won first place in the Ukrainian Fitness Championship, and by 2005, I had earned the title of Candidate for Master of Sports.
This was just the beginning of my fitness journey. I then pursued higher education at the National University of Physical Education and Sport of Ukraine, earning a degree in professional and wellness fitness training.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked at the prestigious "Aquarium" fitness center, conducting both group and personal training sessions.

In 2007, I had the honor of presenting at the international "Aquarium" fitness convention. But I didn’t stop there — I continued to learn, grow, and expand my expertise.
I specialize in Pilates (both with and without equipment), prenatal Pilates, stretching, working with hernias and scoliosis, as well as functional training and nutrition.

Another aspect of my professional career is my work in the entertainment industry. From 2006 to 2007, I performed in Tina Karol’s ballet, and since 2008, I’ve been working as a choreographer, ballet director, and personal trainer for Svetlana Loboda.
If you’re looking to do more than just get in shape — if you want to transform your life, become more confident, and grow stronger — join my course. I’ll help you reach your goals and take the next step toward becoming the best version of yourself!

Achievements and Qualifications
For me, education as a trainer has always been much more than a formality; it’s an essential tool for enhancing my work with clients. I’ve never sought knowledge simply for the sake of credentials or status. My true aim has always been to deepen my understanding of the processes involved and discover the most effective methods to apply in practice.

Every course, training, and seminar is an opportunity to learn something new, uncover more efficient approaches, and help my clients achieve their goals more quickly and safely. Over the years, I’ve learned that the more I know, the more I can offer my clients: valuable advice, personalized programs, and unwavering support at every stage of their journey.

This knowledge has made me not just a trainer, but a partner and mentor, ready to listen, understand, and find the best approach for each individual.
