At the end of the workout, there are inverted poses, such as lifting your legs above your head. These exercises are not recommended during menstruation.

You will need:
One (or preferably two) large towels and one medium towel, 2 bottles or dumbbells weighing 1-1.5 kg.

For those with prior fitness experience.

You will need:
One (or preferably two) large towels, one medium towel, and two small towels.
